THE WINNER IS... After having carefully reviewed the submissions, the International Jury
has selected for the winning project , the proposal named Folding , elaborated by the group coordinated by the Architect Michele Crò, recognizing a better urban , vehicular traffic and archeological areas qualities !

February, 1 th 2009 The International Competition for the Revitalization of Liria Square has a winner, and a good project! A strong thank to all, to Marin, Edi, Viktor, Luca, Alain, Jean, Rocco, Alberto, a particularly strong thanks to Ina Xhakoni, precious and valuable collaborator of scientific technical secretariat of the Competition, and at Beatrice, Pietro, Isida, Maria Francesca, Antonella, Michela, without whose help this would have never realized. A special thanks to the Major of the city, Vangjush Dako, that believed in this adventure, resisting to the siren of the archi star system, a strong hug to the Depuy Major, Adrian Cela, my precious friend.
